Had a ring repaired and a few weeks later, the repair broke and I was back to square one. Was unable to get into the place for a couple months due to work hours, but I had a little time one day and brought it in. Great service from the counter, and the repair was taken care of free of charge. They told me a week until finished, but it ended up being the next day.

I had an amazing experience with Goldsmith’s. They repaired my vintage jewelry quickly and for a reasonable price. I can’t even tell where the repairs were done, which is perfect. Their appraisal services were quick and thorough, with communication occurring as needed during the process. Every time I’ve gone in, I’ve been greeted warmly by name. I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my future jewelry needs.

I had bought a 18 carat necklace earrings set for my wife where one of the earrings was damaged. I was in and out within seven minutes earring fixed. When I ask what I needed to pay, it was just a friendly smile. I would strongly recommend this business as not only were they extremely fast, but the customer service there was undeniably amazing. I LOVE this store! 😊 The owner, Dave, and his employee's are always extremely professional, honest, and always fair! Absolutely amazing! Deborah was a delight to work with. She was so helpful and caring. She even held my baby and carried him around so I could try in rings and decide. But ultimately she made my dreams come true with a family heirloom ring I wanted to use with a family diamond and I was always told I couldn’t. She took one look at it and said her goldsmith could do it! And it is the prettiest thing I have ever seen. I cried once I saw it. And it was fine in less than a week. My setting was from the 20’s from my great grandpa and my diamond came from my grand parents so it was truly amazing.

Love this place. Ive had them resize two rings for me now, one of them was my wedding ring that I hadn't been able to wear in a few years. I was so happy to be able to wear it again! I will be taking another stone to them to have it made into a pendant. They do an excellent job, are super friendly, and their prices are absolutely reasonable. They're also very honest about what they can and cant do. I considered having the stones replaced in one of my rings and they let me know how much work would actually be involved and why instead of just telling me a number.

The greeters & the jeweler at Goldsmiths was amazing , very friendly , I was told to go there to get frames on glasses repaired , he did fabulous on the repair😊& guarantees his work. Highly recommend them for eye glass repair . Lots of beautiful jewelry there too. …

I would not go anywhere else! The staff are helpful, professional and fun to work with! This is a long overdue review, they have fixed my most treasured piece, sold us diamond earrings, modified a “southwest” Kokopeli pin into a pendant…and much more! They know what they’re doing…Thank you Lucy for always taking such good care of us!
